Is Concierge Vestibular Therapy Right for You?
Our specialized in-home practice is designed for individuals who want focused, direct care without the hassle of traditional clinics. This service is ideal if:
You Want Direct, Timely Care: You want to avoid long medical waiting lists and get seen quickly without waiting weeks or months to start your recovery.
Driving Triggers Your Symptoms: Negotiating South Bay traffic, bright lights, or sitting in busy clinic waiting rooms makes your vertigo, nausea, or dizziness worse.
You've Had Inconclusive Answers: You’ve seen multiple providers or tried generalized physical therapy, but haven't received a tailored plan specifically for your inner ear or balance system.
You Value 100% Specialist Focus: You prefer dedicated, unhurried attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy directly in your own home—never handed off to aides or assistants.
Service Area: Serving Torrance, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and surrounding South Bay communities. (Inquiries outside our core service radius are considered on a case-by-case basis).
Your care begins with an in-depth clinical assessment to pinpoint the underlying cause of your symptoms. We evaluate your balance, eye movements, and motion triggers to design a targeted treatment plan tailored directly to your functional goals and daily life.
Subsequent visits focus on targeted interventions to retrain your balance system, desensitize motion triggers, and resolve symptom causes. Each session dynamically adapts to your progress, refining your home exercise program to ensure safe, steady advancement toward your functional goals.
Customized Pace & Control
You retain full control over your recovery plan. Because we aren't bound by rigid insurance pre-authorizations, visit caps, or arbitrary clinical timelines, every aspect of your therapy is tailored purely to your clinical progress and personal goals.
100% Specialist Continuity
You work directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at every single touchpoint. You will never be passed off to exercise aides, clinical techs, or rotated between different therapists who don't know your history.
Seamless Communication & Support
Your care doesn't stop when a session ends. You get direct access to your physical therapist between visits for quick questions, home program adjustments, or guidance if you experience a sudden symptom flare-up.
Fee-For-Service Care
South Bay Dizziness & Vertigo Physical Therapy operates as a fee-for-service provider. This direct care model ensures unhurried, specialized attention without the session limits, treatment restrictions, or delays imposed by insurance companies.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Upon request, we provide itemized superbills (medical receipts) that you may submit to your PPO insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement rates depend entirely on your specific insurance policy, and out-of-network coverage cannot be guaranteed by our practice.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow time to accommodate other patients in need of care.
Notice Regarding Medicare Coverage
