To provide the highest quality, uninterrupted care during patient evaluations and treatment sessions, calls and messages are returned between clinical sessions or at the end of the business day.
Because every session receives full, 1-on-1 attention, appointment availability is limited and typically booked a few days in advance. Submitting an inquiry form or sending a direct text message is the fastest way to request an evaluation and secure a time on the schedule.
Hours of Operation & Response Time
Mon – Thu: Evening Sessions Available (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Friday: Full Day Availability (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Sat – Sun: Weekend Concierge Sessions (By Special Request — Premium Rates Apply)
Flexible evening options allow working professionals to receive treatment without missing work, while dedicated Friday blocks accommodate extended full-day scheduling. Weekend sessions are offered selectively for acute needs or urgent care requests.
Response Commitment: Inquiries submitted during business hours are reviewed promptly. You can expect a response within 24 business hours. Messages received over the weekend will be addressed when normal business hours resume on the next business day, though I’ll do my best to respond sooner if I’m able.
